The youths who died in the accident
Thiruvananthapuram: Two youths died and one was injured after the bike they were travelling hit a truck and lost control near Urambu on Wednesday. The deceased were identified as Jobin (22) and Jafreen (19), residents of Thazhevila.
Jino, who was travelling along with them is undergoing treatment at the Thiruvananthapuram medical college.
The truck was going from Urambu to Pozhiyoor carrying cement and the bikers were coming in the opposite direction.
The preliminary assumption is that the youth died due to head injury. Pozhiyoor police reached the spot and took necessary action.
