Deceased Mini
Thiruvananthapuram: In a cruel twist of fate, a teacher of Govt Higher Secondary School, Pirappancode in Venjaramoodu here, who was to attend her retirement feast organised by colleagues, collapsed and died.
The deceased has been identified as Mini (56), a native of Pedikulam in Karette.
The feast was organised at a food outlet in Venjaramoodu. She arrived in a car to attend the event but collapsed. Though colleagues rushed her to a nearby hospital, the attempt did not save her life.
She was supposed to retire from service on May 31.
