TVM native doctor found dead in rented house in Pathanamthitta

Pathanamthitta: A doctor working at the general hospital here was found dead inside his rented house on Wednesday. The deceased, Dr Ganesh Kumar, was the medical officer at the causality department.

“I failed, in all ways,” read a hand-written note on the room wall. An inked palm mark was also found on the wall. The Kaimanam (Thiruvananthapuram) native did not open the door when his friend arrived at his house with breakfast for him. The friend and the house owner later found him dead inside the room.

It is learnt that he played football with his colleagues till 10 pm on Tuesday at a nearby stadium.

Police suspect he killed himself. However, reason for suicide is unclear.
