Adimali: The mortal remains of the youth went missing from Idukki found buried inside a forest here. Bison valley native Mahendran was missing for eight days after leaving for hunting.
Police informed that he was shot by mistake amidst hunting and his companions secretly hurried his dead body inside the forest itself. His body was spotted in the forest region in between Pothamedu and Ottamaram.
Mahendran had been missing since June 27. Soon his relatives filed a complaint in Rajakkad police station. Following the police initiated an investigation, the accused who are Kunjithanni natives arrived at the station and confessed to the crime.
