Kozhikode: Malayalee goalkeeper PR Sreejesh achieved a historic feat with the Indian team by winning a bronze medal in Olympics men's hockey. On the occasion of this achievement, Mathrubhumi has announced a prize of Rs 2 lakhs for the hockey star.
Mathrubhumi praised Sreejesh and his family for realising Kerala's dream of an Olympic medal after 49 years.
Sreejesh played a pivotal role in the team's performance in Tokyo.
