Dubai: BDJS leader Thushar Vellapally will not return to Kerala on Thursday. Thushar changed his travel plans as his scheduled flight from Dubai to Kochi was delayed.
As Chathayam falls on Friday, Thushar is now likely return to Kerala on Sunday. He is likely to take the Emirates flight from Dubai to Kochi which will reach its destination at 9.15 am on Sunday.
Thushar Vellapally was allowed to travel after the Ajman court rejected the cheque fraud case against him. The court returned Thushar’s passport which he had surrendered when granted bail in Dubai.
The Ajman court rejected the cheque case against the BDJS leader citing that the complainant Nazil Abdullah could not produce the documents required to prove that Thushar had committed any wrongdoing.
