Idukki: Three children of an excursion team from an Ernakulam school drowned in a water body at Valiyapara Kutty in Idukki.
The deceased are Richard, Arjun and Joel, class nine students of Jyothis Central School in Manjapra, Angamali.
Five of the 30-member team met with the accident. The natives rescued two of them. The bodies of the deceased are at the Adimali taluk hospital.
