Thiruvananthapuram: The conciliatory talks held between the government officials and protesting PSC rank holders, on Saturday, didn’t reach a definite agreement following which the latter decided to continue with their protests.

Home Secretary TK Jose and ADGP Manoj Abraham had met with three representatives of the protesters Laya, Jishnu and Vinesh.

“There was a positive response in the talks. The government officials have studied and understood our issues. However, we decided to continue the protest as no written agreement from the government is obtained. We believe in the government and will continue peaceful protest until a written order is received in this regard,” protesters said.
