Sunday lockdown in Kerala: Don't forget these restrictions

Thiruvananthapuram: Similar to January 23, the lockdown-like restrictions on Sundays will continue tomorrow as well in the state.

Police, like before, is tasked with ensuring the implementation of the restrictions.

Relaxations on essential travels:

Maximum 20 people are allowed in marriages and funerals

Workshops are allowed to open for emergency vehicle repairs

Tourists are allowed to travel with stay vouchers of hotel/resort

Workers are allowed to travel to the office with company ID cards

Travel to exam centres are allowed with hall tickets

Long-distance travellers are allowed to travel by bus/train/flight tickets

Shops open from 7 am to 9 pm

Restaurants and bakeries (parcel only)

Shops selling groceries, vegetables and fruits, milk and milk products, meat and toddy

Courier and e-commerce

Toddy shops (bars and beverages corporation outlets to remain closed)

Besides, the controls in districts categorised as A, B and C will continue to be in place.
