Thiruvananthapuram: The transport commissioner has directed the Motor Vehicle Department to take strict action against those who violate the ban on the use of sun films or cooling films on vehicles. With this, the MVD officials will intensify inspections across the state from Thursday. Strict action will be taken against the vehicles which use cooling film, sun film or tinted film on glasses.
