Kochi: A woman's body has been found hanging from railing of Chittoor bridge here on Wednesday. The ferrymen noticed the woman’s body hanging from the bridge at around 6.30 in the morning.
The woman, who looks around 40 years old, is yet to be identified. As the ferrymen informed, the police and fore force arrived at the place and shifted the body from bridge.
No suicide note was found from the place. The police officials are trying to identify the deceased. After this, post-mortem procedures will be initiated, said SI of North police station.
