Kannur: CPM leader P Jayarajan on Tuesday mocked actor Sreenivasan who joined Twenty-20 and said that the latter doesn’t understand politics.
Sreenivasan lacks stern stances. In his student days, he was an ABVP activist and later on in life he became a Left sympathizer, Jayarajan said while attending the Women on Wheels show of Mathrubhumi News.
However, Jayarajan added that Sreenivasan is a great actor and he enjoys his performances.
Meanwhile, the LDF leader also criticized Twenty-20 party.
The Ambanis and Adanis are developed versions of Twenty-20. They make people believe in fake promises. What the society needs is a democracy where there is development for the welfare of the public rather than the rich, he added.
