SPB will always be remembered, says CM Pinarayi Vijayan


He will always be remembered for his eloquent voice and unique style of singing, the CM said.

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the song 'Sankara... Nadashareera Para' from the movie Sankarabharanam marked legendary singer S P Balasubrahmanyam in the hearts of audience.

S P Balasubrahmanyam took the movie lovers in South India to the new heights of musical world, he added while condoling the demise of the great singer.

SPB sang thousands of songs in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Every song he sung had his signature. For Keralites, SPB was not a person of other state who speak other language. He will always be remembered for his eloquent voice and unique style of singing, the CM said.

His demise has caused an irrevocable loss to the Indian musical world. He is an irreplaceable musical personality. I condole his demise with his grieving family and fans, the chief minister added.
