Kochi: Justice G Sivarajan has refused to comment on the recent allegations levelled against him by former minister and senior CPI leader C Divakaran.

Divakaran on Sunday issued a controversial statement alleging that G Sivarajan, who chaired the Solar Judicial Inquiry Commission, accepted "crores" to file a report targeting former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. Refusing to comment on the allegations, Justice Sivarajan said that his report answers everything related to the case.

C Divakaran, a former Minister of Food and Civil Supplies under VS Achuthanandan-led government claimed that "Rs 4 or Rs 5 crores was accepted" by the commission to prepare a shady report. Following this, UDF demanded a probe against Justice Sivarajan.
