Thiruvananthapuram: Swapna Suresh revealed that she had not mentioned the name of M Sivasankar in connection with the gold smuggling case. However, she claimed that Sivasankar was an acquitance to her and knew everything that happened in her life.
In an interview to Mathrubhumi News, Swapna disclosed the mental agony she faced during her time in prison. "There are a lot of truths that go unnoticed by lot of people in society. Every woman has a past and has to go through the sufferings of marriage. So did I. Once you have children, you have to play many tricks in life to raise them," she said.
Swapna said she had decided to keep everything that happened in the past a closed chapter but now a book has come out. "If Sivasankar values personality, he should have written everything. Everything is excluded from it," she added.
"He has exploited me, and I am the victim. He insulted my feelings and the relationship between us. We used to call every day. He used to come home on alternate days. I and my mother trusted him. He knew everything that was happening in my life. However, he behaved differently during our time in police custody", she added.
