Sharon Raj and Greeshma
Thiruvananthapuram: Main accused in the sensational Sharon murder case Greeshma detailed about the crime during the evidence collection at Vettucaud church and Veli tourist village on Monday.
According to Greeshma, Sharon forced her for marriage and it happened at Vettucaud church. The marriage was not official and he reportedly brought Greeshma to the place in a bike.
It was the idea of Sharon for a marriage as he wanted to avoid unwanted gaze of people, she reportedly said.
Greeshma showed the probe team of the bench on which they sat and she elaborated the sequence of incidents that happened there.
Later, the police took her to Veli tourist village, where the duo reportedly visited after marriage. Greeshma apparently informed the probe team that it was during that time she realised something needs to be done to avoid him.
That’s when she made use of the Ayurvedic concoction mixed with poison. Meanwhile, reports also said that she cooperated with the probe team.
The next phase of evidence collection would happen at the resort near the Chittar (Sivalokam) Dam, where the duo reportedly stayed for three days.
