Thiruvananthapuram: Police had revealed shocking details about the death of Sharon Raj who was poisoned by his girlfriend. The accused Greeshma decided to poison Sharon as he was not ready to end his relationship with her. When Greeshma had told Sharon that she was not interested to continue the relationship, he threatened her that she will not live happily with another person.

"I won't let anyone possess something which I didn't get," Sharon told Greehsma when she made her stance clear on their relationship at her residence.

Following this, a quarrel erupted but Greeshma tactfully diverted the topic coming up with a juice challenge and pacified Sharon. Later, she mixed the poison in the kashayam and served it to Sharon. She told Sharon that she has been consuming it for stomach ache and it tastes bitter. She also forced him to drink the kashayam. When he finished his glass of kashayam, she served juice to him.

Police revealed that the 22-year-old woman hatched a big conspiracy to avoid her boyfriend.

Sharon and Greeshma had lived like husband and wife after their secret marriage. Sharon had threatened Greeshma that he would leak their private photos if she ends the relationship. She revealed the matter in her statement to the police. Greeshma was also worried that Sharon would send the photos to her fiance, with whom she was engaged. She decided to kill him as he refused to delete the photos. As part of her plan, she continued her relationship and executed the murder.

Greeshma had told police that her family was unaware of her relationship with Sharon. She only told her mother that Sharon proposed to her. It is learnt that she wore 'thali' and vermillion to gain the confidence of Sharon and others. She also travelled with Sharon to many places.
