Thiruvananthapuram: An SFI banner with abusive remarks against Governor Arif Mohammed Khan was raised at the gate of Sanskrit College, Thiruvananthapuram.
The banner was placed by the SFI unit committee of the college. The University Vice Chancellor (VC) has sought an explanation from the college principal in connection with the incident.
According to reports, the VC sought explanation following directions from the Raj Bhavan.
Soon after the incident stoked a controversy, the banner was removed from the college premises.
