Pathanamthitta: In an unfortunate incident, several people were injured after a cement mixer truck fell over a private bus in Kaipattoor, Pathanamthitta.
The accident took place in front of Kaipattoor Government Vocational Higher Secondary School around 10 am on Friday.
Reportedly, the truck, en route to Adoor, fell over the bus, which came in the opposite direction. Following which, both the vehicles overturned.
However, nothing untoward happened as students of the school were attending classes and were not out on the premises.
Meanwhile, the local residents alleged that the truck driver was overspeeding which led to the accident.
