Scrap seller found dead inside bus parked at TVM workshop

Thiruvananthapuram: A dead body was discovered inside a bus that was parked in an automobile workshop at Karette in Vamanapuram here. The deceased individual was identified as Babu, a resident of Kamukankuzhi.

Babu, who earned a living by selling scrap, would often sleep inside parked buses. The workshop staff noticed the body around 1 pm.

The body was found inside the bus, which had been parked at the workshop for a long period. In order to retrieve the body, the seats had to be removed.

The body has been transferred to the mortuary at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital. The police stated that it would only be possible to determine if there were any abnormalities leading to the death after receiving the post-mortem report.
