New Delhi: The supreme court will consider SNC-Lavalin case on Friday after a month’s break. The politically relevant case will be considered by the three-member bench headed by Justice U U Lalit.
The supreme court is hearing the appeal filed by the CBI against acquitting Pinarayi Vijayan, former secretary of Power Department K Mohanachandran and former joint secretary A Francis.
There are also appeals filed by Kasturi Ranga Iyer, R Sivadasan and K G Rajasekharan Nair whom the high court directed to face the trial. Later, Congress leader V M Sudheeran joined as party in the case.
