Religion and caste-based politics won't work in Kerala: Pinarayi to Shah
Thiruvananthapuram: Lashing out at BJP national president Amit Shah, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said Monday that the politics based on religion, caste, hatred and money power promoted by Shah has no place in Kerala.
“Amit Shah has understood this fact. Hence, he is spreading lies and issuing provoking statements. One can understand his disappointment and pathetic condition,” Pinarayi said in a Facebook post.
“You are the president of the party of the party that rules the country. Leading a march to the office of a party like CPM which is another party that functions democratically in the country, is a violation of democratic norms. Did the orders from RSS or the love towards its anti-democracy politics that prompted you to do this?” Pinarayi asked.
Pinarayi also said that Amit Shah is moving in the opposite direction of democracy.
