Thiruvananthapuram: 14.5 lakhs of ration cardholders received their ration on Thursday and Friday in the state. Minister GR Anil informed that 69.62 per cent of cardholders have procured ration in January to date.
7,15,685 people obtained ration on Friday here. The restrictions brought in the ration distribution from January 13 due to technical glitches were withdrawn on Thursday.
The ration stores will be opened from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm in the forenoon and from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm in the afternoon.
