Kasaragod: A case has been registered against school students for the rash and negligent driving of a scooter. The motor vehicle department seized the vehicle and registered a case against a Uduma resident in connection with the incident.
The video of their rash driving circulated on social media on Tuesday. MVD has taken action based on this video.
The students were overspeeding, risking the life of pedestrians and other drivers on the road. Further, they were not wearing a helmet. The incident was recorded on a mobile phone by a passerby. These scenes later spread on social media as well. MVD then launched an investigation and identified the student. It was revealed that the student doesn't have a licence.
