Kochi: Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala said that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is a figure who has a history of using offensive remarks. His statement came amidst the case against KPCC President K Sudhakaran over his 'dog on the loose’ comment on Pinarayi.
He reminded that Pinarayi Vijayan has a past of using offensive verbal spat against SFI activist who tried to take a selfie, calling a bishop a “wretched creature” for his “lie”, and keeping aside media, using strong words. Therefore, CPM does not have any right to criticize K Sudhakaran, he added.
He alleged that Chief Minister was the person who used the untimely demise of Congress leader and Thrikkakara MLA PT Thomas for political gain. "People were outraged about this. In order to tackle this, a case was registered against KPCC President," he added.
