Chennithala writes to CM, seeks intervention to unfold mystery over E-mobility project

Thiruvananthapuram: Senior Congress leader and Haripad MLA Ramesh Chennithala has written to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, against the state government’s move to implement the E-mobility project. Ramesh has pointed out that there is a mystery in the discussion held with a blacklisted company like PricewaterhouseCoopers on Thursday in the presence of CM. He alleged that the government is dusting off the project to commit corruption.

“The government has taken an effort to implement the project by violating the rules and criteria. The project is aimed to illegally help a foreign company named Hess and to get a commission out of it. The move to dust off the project comes at when the public is in relief that the intervention of the opposition prevented a corruption”, Ramesh alleged.

He added that the minutes of the meeting should be published. Ramesh has also raised some questions related to the project.
