Kottayam: The body of a youth who went missing on Sunday after being swept away in the flash flood in Erumeli was found. Chathanthara native Adwaith was swept away while attempting to cross a bridge on his bike.
The incident happened around 8 pm near the Mukkoottuthara region. Samuel, who was accompanying Adwaith, survived despite being swept away by the waters. However, Adwaith could not be located even after extensive search in the area. It was only on Sunday night, the body was found.
