Shaiju
Kochi: Police arrested a man over the murder of his wife in Kalady. The accused has been identified as Shaiju (49). Police informed that Shaju stabbed his wife Sunitha during a verbal spat.
Sunitha was found stabbed on Wednesday at around 2 pm in her husband’s residence. Though she was rushed to a private hospital in Angamaly, her life could not be saved.
A special team under the district police chief Vivek Kumar nabbed the accused. The probe team took the accused to the crime spot for evidence collection on Thursday.
