Vellarada (Thiruvananthapuram): A private school teacher was found hanging inside her parent’s residence on Sunday in Puliyoorsalai. The deceased has been identified as Sreelathika (38), a native of Karumanoor.
Sreelathika, daughter of Madhusoodanan Nair and Krishnamma, has been working as a teacher at a private English medium school.
She arrived at her parent’s house on Sunday morning and was found hanging inside the room by around 9 p.m. The police have registered a case of unnatural death in the incident.
Police suspect that some tension between Sreelathika and her husband, Ashok Kumar, a native of Parassala, forced her to commit suicide.
