Kaduthuruthy: After touring south India on his brakeless bicycle, 77-year-old Prakashan Swami is all set to go to Sabarimala now.

Prakashan, a Chalakudy native and a former artist at Bharat Circus, began visiting temples on his cycle a year ago. He began his journey from Rameswaram and has now reached Kerala.

“I have travelled to Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh riding my cycle,” said Prakashan.

He travels with the cooperation of the police and public, and arrived at Thali Temple in Kaduthuruthy, the other day.

However, Prakashan’s documents, including Aadhaar card, were stolen amid his journey in Tamil Nadu.
