Thiruvananthapuram: Former Shoranur MLA PK Sasi has been appointed as the chairman of the Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC). The state government has issued an order in this regard.
The CPM had earlier suspended Sasi over a complaint by a DYFI women leader on harassment claims. However, he was later reinstated to the Palakkad District Secretariat. But the party did n't field him in the assembly election due to the complaint.
