PK Kunhalikutty’s return to state politics necessary for UDF, says Muslim League

Kozhikode: Muslim League will ask for more number of seats in the Assembly election next year. Muslim League leader ET Mohammad Basheer stated that the party deserves more number of seats in the Assembly polls. He also told Mathrubhumi News that PK Kunhalikutty’s return to state politics is necessary for UDF.

PK Kunhalikutty’s return to state politics is not for his personal sake or for Muslim League. Under the current circumstances, UDF needs better coordination, he stated.

Muslim League believes that the party’s bargaining power has increased and that they should demand for what they deserve. The party leadership will ask UDF to allocate the seats for Assembly polls as early as possible.
