Kozhikode: Giving a warning against those who raise various allegations linking him with Monson Mavunkal, KPCC President K Sudhakaran said in a press conference held here on Wednesday that he has no connection with him or any involvement in his frauds.
“Don’t force me to reveal many things as I have stopped speaking against Pinarayi Vijayan. The allegations are unnecessary and baseless. It is true that I met Monson. It was for a treatment and I did not know he was fake. Even the DGP had paid a visit at house. How will I know that he was a fraud?” said Sudhakaran.
"For five days, he had treated me. He couldn’t cure my illness and I returned. He behaved with me very decently and the impression he created in me prevented any kind of doubt about his frauds," added Sudhakaran.
He also said that he got support from Rahul Gandhi to go ahead with the mission to make Congress a semi-cadre party. “I am happy now as all Congress workers feel delighted with the new leadership. There is no issue with Sudheeran as decisions were taken after proper discussions. AICC will hold talks with him,” added Sudhakaran.
