Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and the CPM should stop spreading false propaganda against Yogi and the BJP government, said BJP state president K Surendran. The BJP's historic victory in UP is the answer to the vicious campaign against Yogi Adityanath by Pinarayi.

"People saw what Vijayan was saying against Yogi and even went to the extent of advising him that Uttar Pradesh must adopt the 'Kerala model'. Now we (BJP) will say Kerala should adopt the Uttar Pradesh model as the so-called Kerala model has been rejected by the people there," said Surendran.

He also added that Congress is being expelled from the country.

"Rahul Gandhi can now be the Prime Minister of Wayanad only. The election result in the country is proof of the growing public confidence in the Prime Minister. BJP's historic victory was a recognition of the Central government's welfare schemes," he pointed out.

The BJP's victory in Manipur and Goa will influence Kerala as well. Party's victory in states with religious minorities will be reflected, he added.
