Photo showing Pulsar Suni with Dileep is not fabricated, asserts photographer

Bidil-R Sreelekha

Thrissur: At a time when former DGP R Sreelekha’s comments on the 2017 actress assault case are in the limelight, Bidil who reportedly took the photo of accused Pulsar Suni along with actor Dileep has rebutted her claims on it. Sreelekha on the other day had claimed that the photo showing Pulsar Suni with Dileep, which ‘turned crucial in the case’ was photoshopped by someone. However, Bidil confirmed that he clicked the photo and it is not a photoshopped one. He was addressing the media here on Monday,

He also elaborated on the details of the photo.

According to Bidil, he clicked the photo while working as a barman at a tennis club.

“I clicked a selfie on my phone over the curiosity of seeing Dileep. I immediately shared the photo on social media. Any kind of editing was not done. Later, from the news only I go to know that the other person in the photo is Pulsar Suni,” he said.

"The photo was identified when the CI was examining the phone as a part of a probe into the case. I have given a statement in court regarding the same. Until now no one has tried to influence me over the matter,” he said.
