Thiruvananthapuram: The Pinarayi government is turning itself into a governance where people are fed up with corruption, said opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala here on Saturday. The people will give a fitting reply to the Pinarayi government in the coming bypolls, he said.
Chennithala also added that the allegations raised against minister K T Jaleel are true and Dr Rajan Gurukkal, vice chairman of state higher education council, had endorsed this.
Rajan Gurukkal had said that the intervention of the minister in the marks moderation row is not right and will disrupt the higher education sector of the state. The CM and the Governor must listen to what Rajan Gurukkal had said. Rajan Gurukkal is the chairman of the govt appointed council headed by the minister.
Chennithala also wondered what would be the state of the universities in Kerala if ministers fail to understand the value of education. The Opposition leader also demanded Jaleel to stay away from the minister’s post till the investigation is completed.
