Thiruvananthapuram: During the COVID times, pension adalats are organised digitally. Soon after the Income Tax department decided to conduct pension adalat via online, the telecommunication department also switched to digital mode. Adalat will be held through video conferencing.
Kerala circle of Telecom department will organise the adalat on January 29. Those who retired from Kerala circle can apply for taking part in the adalat. The application form will be distributed via public sector banks and BSNL offices.
The complaints to the adalat should be submitted before January 1 by 5 pm. The online pension adalat for those who come under the I-T department zonal accounts office has been fixed on December 15.
