Kottayam: In connection with the mass protest organised by migrant labourers violating the lockdown norms in Payippad, one person has been arrested.
Bengal native Mohammed Rinju was arrested for violating the lockdown norms. He was arrested on charges of assembling the migrant labourers and calling for a protest in Payippad.
