Kollam: Passengers of a car miraculously escaped after a lorry carrying rocks overturned onto their vehicle. The CCTV visuals are now viral on social media.
The two passengers and the driver of the lorry escaped unhurt from the accident that happened around 11.30 am at Meeyannoor.
The lorry lost control and overturned while trying to avoid hitting a car that was crossing the road. The lorry was speeding and was part of a convoy that was transporting rocks. The accident occurred at a busy junction.
It is learnt that natives had complained in the past about speeding lorries in the locality.
