Palakkad: The tribal youth who had gone missing in Kanjirapuzha Pampanthodu forest in Palakkad has been found. Prasad (22) was missing since the last day. Mannarkkad Fire Force and Civil Defense were in search of him in the area.
He had come to the forest around 2 pm last day to collect forest products. He was accompanied by his father, mother and a woman from the neighbourhood. After collecting the essentials, everyone else returned home except Prasad. The family then informed the forest officials and started searching for him.
Following the instructions of the Mannarkkad DFO, the Deputy Range Officer and scuba team of the fire force also had reached the spot.
