Palakkad: Police have found the POCSO case survivor who went missing from Palakkad from Guruvayur with parents.

It is feared that the child was ‘abducted’ in a bid to change her statement before the court ahead of the starting of the trial.

Police found them at a lodge in Guruvayur.

The accused are close relatives of the survivor. The trial of the case is scheduled to begin on July 16. The incident happened a year ago.

The child had earlier told the court that she was afraid of her parents. Following this, the grandmother was entrusted with the protection of the child. The parents have supportive of the accused since the issue came out.

The parents were accused of abduction by the relatives who protected the child. They said the parents tried to give them money to change the statement of the kid.
