Kannur: CPM leader P. Jayarajan on Thursday came out strongly against false news stating the he was joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Taking to his official Facebook page, Jayarajan said he would take legal action against those spreading the false information.
“I noticed a false news spreading on social media since yesterday. I have realized that Sangh Parivar and Muslim extremist groups are behind this. I will take legal action against them, he said in the Facebook post.
“As a CPM activist, I have fought against such Sangh Parivar outfits for the majority of my life and am continuing to do so. Hence such false news will not gain any traction among the public,” the CPM leader added.
