Kochi: CPI state secretary Kanam Rajendran said that a political party need not express their opinion about the remarks made by someone inside the assembly.
He was responding to media about questions regarding the remarks made by S. Rajendran during the special session of the assembly convened to discuss the flood havoc on Thursday.
Every party and every MLA will express their opinions in the assembly. It need not be discussed in public. You raise such questions as being unaware of the assembly procedue, he criticised when asked about it.
When the media persons asked if CPI supports V. S. Achuthanandan's statement that the Munnar mission should have been continued, Kanam Rajendran said that VS has already expressed his opinion in the assembly and so there is no need to voice any support in that matter.
