Kozhikode: BJP state president K Surendran has stated that the arrival of Oommen Chandy to the top of Congress leadership has made things easier for them.
This has presented the opportunity to expose Oommen Chandy and Pinarayi Vijayan at the same time. BJP will have to thank the Congress High Command in this regard, Surendran stated during a press conference here.
The High Command has provided opportunity to remember all the things that happened 5 years ago. Congress leadership should explain what is it that disqualifies Ramesh Chennithala. Was Oommen Chandy promoted due to the instruction from Panakkad? he asked.
Slamming the LDF, Surendran also added that the state’s claim that it was able to contain COVID-19 is false. The health minister’s claims about population density causing COVID spread is senseless. He also asked whether KK Shailaja is sleeping when Kerala registers the highest number of COVID infections in the state.
