Online booking mandatory for Sabarimala darshan

Pathanamthitta: Online booking has been made mandatory for darshan in Sabarimala. The move is aimed at gathering information of the devotees for security reasons.

However, online booking is not required for children below five years of age. Sabarimala Temple doors will be opened for darshan at 5 pm on November 16.

Meanwhile, spot booking facilities will be made available at 12 places including Nilakkal. A total of 10 counters will be opened at Nilakkal alone.

“The virtual queue booking is done by the devaswom board this year. It is free of charge,'' said devaswom commissioner B S Prakash.

The documents of pilgrims will be checked by the police at Anjaneya Auditorium in Pamba. For booking visit: sabarimalaonline.org
