One more Keralite who joined IS killed: reports
Kasaragod: Reports say one more person from Kerala, who is said to have joined terrorist outfit Islamic State, has been killed.
The deceased, Marwan, hails from Padanna in Kasaragod district and his parents received the message confirming his death.
As many as 22 Keralites, including Marwan, had reportedly joined the IS. Two of them have already been killed and their relatives too have received information about their death.
Marwan’s parents received the information from Ashfaq, another person who joined the terror outfit. It was Ashfaq who informed the relatives of the other two persons about their death. He also had sent them the photos of their bodies.
Reports said IS terrorits were preparing to return after the outfit started losing ground in Iraq.
Against this backdrop, the reports of Keralites' death are emerging.
Considering the situation, various agencies have intensified vigil at airports across the country.
