Kochi: In the nun rape case, after Bishop Franco Mulakkal was arrested, sister of the complainant nun has filed a petition for facing life threat against she and her family. In the petition, she has sought protection for life and property.
The petition was given to circle inspector of Kalady. She complaints facing threat from supporters of Bishop Franco. She was part of the nuns’ protest in Ernakulam.
In the petition, sister of the complainant nun said that she faces a threat for her life and property from Franco who doesn’t hesitate to commit any shameful acts.
“Due to hatred, the supporters of Franco have filed fake complaints against me. Thomas Chittuparamban, a supporter of Franco has threatened to cause danger to my son and brother. While staging the hunger strike in Ernakulam, a man named Unni Chittuparamban had taken photo of me,” said the petitioner.
