Number of loafers increasing in party, says CPM report
Thiruvananthapuram: A new report by the CPM has revealed that number of loafers are increasing in the party.
The report further said that these people, ranging from members to leaders, have no interest in ground level work and organisational activities and should understand the challenges that Left wing politics is facing. People should be convinced that a alternate ideology exists, stressed the report.
The organisation report included guidelines to improve CPM’s ground level activities and changes to be made in the method of its operations. The report was presented by CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan in the state committee meeting.
Influence of Left ideology is diminishing in national politics. The fear of decline is reverberated in the state also. This gives an alarming warning to the party, said the report. Along with this, an analysis report of the state government activities was also presented in the committee.
