Chengannur: Nair Service Society former president Adv PN Narendranathan Nair passed away at a private hospital in Chengannur at around 6 in the morning. He served as NSS president for ten years. He was relieved from the post in June 2022 owing to health issues.
He was 92.
Nair was elected to the helm of the organisation in 2012 following the demise of PK Narayana Panicker. He continued to adorn the chair since then for four consecutive terms. He has also served as the treasurer of the organisation, member of the board of directors, and president of Pathanamthitta union of NSS.
