Kollam: Congress leader Bindhu Krishna has responded to the controversial posters that appeared in the district after UDF faced setback in the local body elections in Kollam.

The DCC president, in a Facebook post, stated that she deliberately or knowingly, didn’t engage in any action that would have a negative effect on the establishment.

Those within Congress are well capable of strengthening and weakening the party alike. The issues will be studied in detail, changes will be made to move forward, she further noted.

Certain posters had appeared in the district that demanded to oust Bindhu from the party and save Congress. The posters were pasted in front of RSP office and DCC office.

According to reports, a section of Congress workers were behind the poster.
